Sometimes, finding something quick and easy for lunch can be a real hassle. Here’s a recipe for something you can throw together in just a few minutes that’s healthy and tastes great: Southwestern Wraps!

Ingredients:

  • 1 C. tomatoes, diced

  • 4 fat-free 10” flour tortillas
  • 1 C. low-fat black bean dip
